Your Workshop Leaders

Workshop Leaders have the goal of helping you through the workshop material.  They are skilled facilitators, and will create valuable discussion around key planning principles relevant to Ontario farms.

Workshop Leaders are not business advisors.  Most are farmers themselves, or have worked closely with farmers over the years.  You will not receive expert advice on your future plans.  However, they will bring practical experience to the day and encourage networking among workshop participants.  Their goal is to help you evaluate your current business management practices, develop realistic action plans and ensure that you’re ready to start implementing!

Information for Past Workshop Participants

If you participated in a workshop this past February - April 2009, please contact your Workshop Leader today to set up an Action Plan Review meeting.  You will find this to be a valuable opportunity to discuss your plans with a neutral, third party.

If you attended a workshop as a pilot participant in the winter of 2008, please contact your OSCIA Program Representative for your next steps in the process.

Each workshop participant who has completed the Action Plan Review will receive by mail, a complete kit including:

• Cost-Share Funding Eligibility Details
• Project Application Form and instructions
