Following the two-day Growing Your Farm Profits workshop, eligible farm businesses will meet one-on-one with the Workshop Leader to:
How to prepare for your Action Plan Review meeting: The Action Plan Review meeting is most productive if you can email, fax or mail the following templates to your Workshops Leader in advance to the meeting. The Workshop Leader will review and make suggestions where applicable.
Below are the electronic templates Action Plan (359 kb) My Top Priorities (478 kb) Plan D'Action (167 kb) Mes Grandes Priorites (160 kb) The meeting will be approximately 2 hours in duration at a mutually convenient time.
Please bring the above templates and your GYFP binder to the meeting. Multiple members of the management team are welcome to attend. An Action Plan Summary will be developed and forwarded by the Workshop Leader to OSCIA Guelph. The farm business will receive a confirmation letter from OSCIA advising that the farm business may proceed to apply for cost share funding under the Growing Forward Business Development for Farm Businesses.
