Essex SCIA 'From Field to Fork: The Farmers Perspective' 2 pm sharp (2 to 5)
The Thibert Farm, 20300 Lakeshore Rd. 308, Comber. Local Farmers Share Their Experiences on
Local Food & Farm Gate Sales. Demonstrations will include a stone ground flour mill
and a bakery to process the farm's naturally grown grains & a tour of the farm's
6 acre wildlife habitat/woodlot established in 2005 that features a 1 acre wetland.
