Environmental Farm Plan Canada-Ontario Environmental Farm Plan (EFP) is a voluntary educational program for farm families delivered through local workshops. Participants develop a confidential self-assessment of their farming operation from an environmental perspective. Clients whose Environmental Farm Plan (EFP) Action Plans have been deemed appropriate through peer review may be eligible for cost-share assistance in implementing selected projects. (See below.)
