This day and a half, in-class workshop will focus on how you can gain a competitive advantage and improve your bottom line with your traceability system. A traceability system is all about collecting and using information. This workshop allows producers to evaluate the information they currently collect, and identify gaps in that information based on what it is they want to do with it. Real life examples and business profiles focused on traceability best practices will be examined throughout the workshop.

The workshop is geared towards decision makers in the business – Owners, Managers, Supervisors, and Staff who are interested in learning how to enhance their traceability system.
