Welcome to the Georgian E-News—our seventh edition. We hope that you are enjoying what you have read thus far. If you have suggestions, or comments, please reach out to email@example.com.
Harvest 21 has been a bit of a slug! Generally, it seems as if farmers have been blessed with good yields for most crops, despite the ups and downs of the weather these past months.
Although Covid has continued to create challenges this past year, it has been a pleasure to see our county associations step up and adapt with virtual crop walks and meetings. The creativity and commitment to this organization is commendable! Thank you to all of the members that sit on the county executives. Thanks for your dedication to this association! We say a special thank you to those County Presidents who are finishing their terms. It has been a delight to work with all of you! I look forward to collaborating with the new County Presidents. I am sure there will be lots of great initiatives in our future! Unfortunately, in the near future, we are needing to offer many of our AGMs virtually again. The speaker line-ups are fantastic, so don’t miss them. The executives are creating engaging meetings, but they will be of little value if no one shows up. Please take the time to support your association.
As we head into the holiday season, we hope that you will continue to find ways to safely connect with friends and family. I think we can see the finish line of this journey, but we need to keep up our pace. Let’s celebrate the past year and look forward to the new one while we all stay safe and well.
On behalf of the Grey Ag team, best wishes for a safe and meaningful holiday season.
