Don is a principal of SRG, a resource management consulting firm in Guelph that conducts applied research in the agricultural and environmental sectors and has also provided land resource services to public agencies, government, private firms and landowners for more than 20 years.  Don has extensive experience conducting on-farm projects to evaluate the environmental impact of agricultural production on soil, water and air quality to help determine improved farming practices.

Nick Stokman, ONFARM Cooperator

Nick is a livestock (laying hens) and crop (corn, IP soy, HR winter wheat) farmer in Middlesex County. Nick graduated from the Ontario Agriculture College in 1977 and has not used primary tillage on his farm in the last 30 years. Nick was Operator/Manager of the MSCIA Strathmere Lodge Demonstration Farm from 1986-2016.

Zac Cohoon, ONFARM Cooperator and Owner, Twin Erin Farms Inc.

Zac is a second-generation farmer in the Durham region. He began his career in agriculture in 1992 working with his parents on the family farm. Over the course of his career, the farm business has transformed from a livestock-intensive operation with hogs, feedlots and broiler chickens to a grain and oilseed production operation. Zac works with his brother to cultivate 1700 acres. Zac is the Chairman of the Durham Agriculture Advisory Council and is an executive of the Durham Region Federation of Agriculture. Zac is also the Chair of the Durham Farm Connections Executive Committee and a Director on the Port Perry Agricultural Society.
