The Farmland Health Check-Up pairs producers with CCAs and P.Ags to facilitate an assessment of challenging areas on-farm, focused on soil and pollinator health, through the completion of the current Farmland Health Check-Up Workbook.
Interested in delivering the Farmland Health Check-Up?
To be eligible to participate you must:
- Deliver CCA or P.Ag services within the Lake Erie and Lake St. Clair watersheds
- Have watched Module 1: Introduction to the Farmland Health Check-Up
- Have completed the Registration Survey
- Have participated in a Module 3 live online workshop (register via the survey above)
Module 1 is required for all new CCAs and P.Ags
Module 2 is an optional tutorial focused on the digital FHCU
