Hi Everyone,

Wet, Wet, Wet!  Mother Nature has thrown us a curve ball again.  The last half of October has not been kind to combines.

As of early November, frost has hit and I’m hoping it will kill the volunteer soybean cover crop.  Hoping for some good weather soon.

Our annual general meeting will be virtual via Zoom on December 2nd, which is the first Thursday of December as usual at 9:30 a.m.

The annual Conservation Farm Award will be presented at the AGM.  We are working on booking a speaker so please stay tuned!

Please note: we are still looking for a St. Clair Region provincial director.  If anyone is interested, please let us know.

Our ESCIA Secretary/Treasurer, Michael  Dick has been nominated for the Ontario Certified Crop Advisor award.  Wishing you best of luck with this, Michael!

Good Luck on your final late harvest activities.  Be safe and take care!

Marc Rivest, President ESCIA
