The ONFARM program is a four-year, applied research initiative that began in 2019 and examines best management practices (BMPs) and their effect on soil health and agronomic indicators on 25 working farms across southern Ontario.
At 3Gen Organics, the Israel family is comparing two different interseeded cover crop mixes—they’ll share their experience with on-farm research, including their successes, challenges and strategies. OSCIA and SRG will provide information on soil health indicators and data collected in year two of the program.
Attendees will get a closer look at OSCIA’s new Mobile Soil Technology Suite (MSTS) – specially designed for soil health events like this one. The suite includes field-ready tools and a large high-resolution LED screen to project data from sensors, live videos and allow for presentation materials.

We look forward to seeing you there!
