The Director ensures that all programs are designed and delivered with efficiency, accountability, and measurable impact. Working closely with senior leadership, government partners, and stakeholders, the Director of Programs drives innovation, fosters collaboration, and secures sustainable funding to support long-term program success. The position also leads a multidisciplinary team, promoting excellence, professional growth, and a culture of continuous improvement within the Programs Department.
The Programs Analyst supports OSCIA’s delivery of cost-share, educational, and programming by reviewing and processing applications and claims, supporting program development and reporting, and assisting with data management and stakeholder engagement. This role contributes to effective program administration and provides responsive, professional customer service to Ontario farmers and program partners.
The Client Services Representative plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service and support to applicants and stakeholders participating in the Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association’s (OSCIA) cost-share and educational programs. As the first point of contact for external inquiries, the representative ensures clear, professional, and timely communication, while offering assistance with application and claim submissions, navigation of online forms and systems, and effective use of OSCIA’s website.

This role ensures that research projects are designed, implemented, and evaluated effectively, supporting the organization’s mission to foster innovation, environmental stewardship, and evidence-based decision-making in agriculture.
The incumbent will oversee research planning, project management, data integrity, stakeholder coordination, and reporting functions. They will also ensure compliance with funding agreements, scientific standards, and ethical research practices while supporting partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry collaborators.
The Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association (OSCIA) is seeking a Data Management Specialist to support the collection, analysis, and reporting of data from key research and environmental programs, including LEEAP, ONFARM, Living Lab, and OFCAF. The role ensures sound financial management across all funding streams, timely reporting to funders, and adherence to internal and external audit standards.
The Senior Financial Analyst supports the effective financial management and operational accountability of the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance, this position is primarily responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing program and administrative budgets, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing data-driven insights that inform program and funding decisions.
This role focuses on hands-on financial operations — including budget tracking, variance analysis, funding compliance, and reporting — to ensure that programs and organizational activities remain fiscally sound and aligned with funding agreements and internal controls.

OSCIA is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Part Time Field Representative (Remote) to cover the Dufferin, Peel, Wellington, Waterloo regions. Field Representatives are located throughout the province and work collaboratively to deliver educational workshops including the Environmental Farm Plan and commodity specific biosecurity workshops to Ontario farmers. Field Representatives also act as spokespersons for OSCIA-delivered cost-share incentive and research programs by engaging with farmers to promote awareness and provide information on current and upcoming opportunities.
This position offers an hourly rate commensurate with experience and requires travel within a designated region. Field Representatives work within the Program Delivery Department and report to the Field Services Lead.
